EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Kelly Wilson

Meet Kelly, a Maintenance Foreman for the Municipal Group of Companies, whose role supports Dexter Construction, Fero, MBW, Costin Paving, Gateway, and NRB. Over the past 7 years, Kelly has grown tremendously within the company.
Starting as a Parts Clerk, Kelly quickly embraced new challenges as the department expanded. Her responsibilities evolved to include managing inventory, accounts payable, and invoice receiving, where her eagerness to learn and collaborate with the Maintenance team paved the way for her promotion to Foreman.
Now, Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations of the shop, working closely with Mechanics and vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring all shop-related paperwork is handled efficiently.
What drives Kelly in her role is the variety of tasks and the constant challenges.
