Employee Spotlight: Louis Keller

Louis has been a valued member of the FERO team for an incredible 16 years! His journey with the company began thanks to a friend’s recommendation—he had never heard of FERO, however after finding out about the position, he decided to apply.
Louis started his career driving one of the company’s “mini” trucks and just seven months later, when a Front-End Truck Driver position opened, Louis eagerly stepped into the role, which he’s been thriving in ever since.
His workday starts bright and early, running routes until the job is complete. For Louis, the early hours are well worth it because he genuinely enjoys his job!
For anyone considering a career in the waste industry, Louis has some advice:
“Start driving and become comfortable with the equipment. Once you’re comfortable, everything else will fall into place.”
